Washington, D.C. Part I - The Pentagon and more
I decided to explore the capital on the Easter weekend and had such a great time doing some sightseeing and escaping the big city life by simply relaxing in the sun. I consider Washington as a stunning city, not as diverse or exciting as New York but just charming and beautiful! What surprised and delighted me most was the fact that the city is so green, with so many trees and gorgeous parks! You wouldn't think this is very astonishing but believe me, if you have lived in NYC for more than a year, you're sometimes glad to just see some nature and less traffic AND people :-D So the next three or four posts will be about my trip to the capital and I hope that you will be as fascinated as I was!

Never forget the Genius - Michael Jackson, the Immortal World Tour!
The "Immortal World Tour" left me speechless, overwhelmed and simply amazed! Since I was a kid I grew up with Michael Jackson songs - my dad had such a big crush on his music! You can barely imagine how I freaked out when they put on my favorite songs "Beat it", "Smooth Criminal", and "They don't care about us". The amazingly talented artists performing to the world renowned songs - including pole dancers, acrobats, breakdancers, singers and guitarists - put on such a higly elaborated and diverse show which led the audience into a world of fantasy, Michael Jackson's childhood and much more - leaving us bedazzled and stunned! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

If it's not exciting, you're not doing it properly!
Here are some shots of my pretty amazing week, I did a lot of cool stuff as always, there's just so much to do in the Big Apple! My week started with a trip to New Jersey on Sunday with my best friend Yasemin. And guess what, Tuesday was even more exciting because I had the luck to meet three gorgeous Victoria's Secret Models - Toni Garrn, Erin Heatherton and Lindsay Ellingson - and take a pic with them! I discovered a super cute cupcake store with Yasemin afterward, if you're blessed with living in New York City, go check out the 'Little Cupcake Bakeshop' in Soho, you can't imagine how yummy those cupcakes were!
Since the TriBeCa Film Festival is on, my week ended with a screening of the movie 'Jaws'. I had such a great time watching the classic movie by Steven Spielberg at the World Financial Center under the stars and with hundreds of other people! Yes, I love my life!

City Wisdom
Relating to the size of apartments in Manhattan:
'In my father's house, there are many rooms' – John 14:2, the Bible. Clearly, Jesus was not a New Yorker.
