After spending more than one year and a half in New York City I felt the need to broaden my horizons by getting out of Manhattan and exploring Brooklyn instead... this is pretty much what I have done lately (except for planning my future, blogging here, writing my column for Joy magazine and work). As you can see I've been to all different parts of Brooklyn already - Williamsburg is by far my favorite! Home to innumerable artists, musicians, celebrities (I just met Alexa Chung on the subway the other day) and a bunch of incredibly cool and laid-back fashionistas, Williamsburg offers more than cool graffitis, adorable boutiques and cozy restaurants - diversity at its best!
